Even better Colour with Live Colour
    Creation on the V-Series BRAVIA

BRAVIA is known for delivering colour like no other. And now even more so, with our unique new Live Colour Creation technology, within every V-Series BRAVIA. Live Colour Creation is a new Sony technology unique to BRAVIA, which delivers 30% wider colour than conventional LCD technology. This means BRAVIA can realise far deeper and more accurate tones, for absolutely stunning colour reproduction, exactly as nature intended.

    The BRAVIA ENGINE - generating
    incredible colour and clarity

As you'd expect, remaining at the heart of every S-Series and V-Series BRAVIA LCD TV is the renowned BRAVIA ENGINE, our unique fully digital processor. Any signal you put into a BRAVIA, regardless of the source, goes through a pure digital perfecting process:

    Super Fast Response Time
8 millisecond response time means fast-moving images such as sports or
action sequences remain pin sharp, without any motion blur.

    Incredible High Contrast
1300:1 super-enhanced contrast, delivers incredible depth,
richness and picture detail, with blacks that are truly black.

    Ultra Wide Viewing Angle
178° viewing angle means you can experience BRAVIA from almost any angle and there is no reduction in the colour and brightness of the image. This is particularly important when viewing larger television screens. Try it yourself in-store.

The Complete BRAVIA LCD TV Experience
With our unique new technologies, nothing delivers a combination of visual and audio in-home experience quite as stylishly as a BRAVIA.

    Colour like no other
The BRAVIA ENGINE processor and the unique high spec S-PVA panel, in the new 2006 S-Series and V-Series BRAVIA LCD TVs deliver rich, deep colour, like no other. The V-Series also combines Live Colour Creation to produce the most natural colour yet.

    Sound like no other
Trusurround XT technology delivers a virtual surround-sound experience from the front, with no additional speakers required. While the built-in digital amplification and BBE digital enhancement produces a pure `noise-free' clarity to any conceivable sound, be it a gently inhaled breath or a deep-space explosion.

    Style like no other
Designed to look as good as the pictures they produce, the new S-Series and V-Series BRAVIA LCD TV are impressive
even before you switch them on.

Ultra slim, they feature VESA compliant mounting so they can be easily and safely hung on a wall, like a painting. Alternatively they remain just as stylish on their custom designed swivel stands. The space saving dynamic of LCD TV means you can replace a 32inch traditional box set with a 40inch BRAVIA LCD TV without it taking up any extra room.

Sony Bravia - The Top Brand TV EVER5
Around last year during World Cup 2006 when my 18 years and 5 months old Pioneer TV is broke. I was looking around for a new TV because I want to watch football. And at that time I knew that the HDTV is the future entertainment that everyone must have so I decide to buy a HDTV.
I was looking for 3 top TV brands which are Sony, Panasonic and SAMSUNG. At last I had choice this Sony Bravia TV because of it look and reviews. I spend [...]on it with Free Sony DVD Recorder. When I open the box and set it all up. WOW! It is amazing! The picture detail is fantastic even you are watching normal TV channel. And when I play the DVD, the graphic are even better than my old TV. I really enjoy watching football with it at home during world cup.
Now, I played my PS3 with it at whole time. The High-Definition gaming are awesome. And I also play the Blu-ray movie Casino Royale which is far better than DVD.
I love this TV so much. Top Brand, Great picture, Great Sound and Great Look.
I recommend people if they don't have much budget to buy a Full HD TV just go for that one, if they have more budget, I prefer they buy the Sony Bravia X-series Full HD LCD TV.

    A Great T.V5
Around last year I was looking around for a HDTV, and read up on various models such as the Samsung and Panasonic. However I stumbled accross Sony's Bravia series, and was swung over by high reviews on the Bravia so I had to get one. I was only looking to spend around £500 but becuase of the thought of getting a top notch T.V I had to spend that £300 more.

The HDTV simply put is stunning. When I first put in a DVD I could't believe the difference from standard TV sets. Of course, you may have to tweak the settings depending what type of film it is but i have found a happy medium. If your like me and want the most out of things by changing settings then there is plenty of them on this T.V such as colour tone and sound settings. If you have a sound system then be prepared to be blown away by a faboulous rich sound, this was one of the main differences i noticed at first. I do not have any HD imput at the moment so i have not fully appriciated this T.V, but iam going to purchase a PS3 soon and that will cater for all my HD needs.

Be careful when buying this set if you have a small room. If you sit that little bit closer you will notice blurring and 'blockyness' and though oddly as it sounds if you sit back a bit you dont see these things at all, but a great and stunning picture. This set is also great for playing DVDs as I have found a setting that removes the letterbox picture from DVDs which is such a great plus.

In summery this is a great buy and am happy I got this quality for the price. You will not be dissapointed from this set unless you sit too close! great picture, great look, great price.

    Just perfect! (IMHO)5
I was dithering between Panasonic, samsung, and sony. But after reading up on some expert reviews on various tech sites, plus the "What Hi-Fi" magazine,I found this model came out tops by far(32" catagory)It is much more expensive, but as our last Tv has lasted 20 years,i took a deep breath and emptied my wallet!..... and wow, I'm not disappointed! Brilliant in all aspects.Picture quality takes your breath away. You have to delve into settings to adjust to personal taste(the defaults are set to use in brightly-lit showrooms)but Sony have a wonderful knack of making it simple, both with on-screen display, and a clear, uncluttered remote.Sound is good too, especially the pseudo-surround sound setting if,like me,you havnt got all the latest cinema-sound equipment. It's also got 'dynamic' setting which increases bass. Connecting with a "smartlink"-compatable dvdr,(Ive got a panasonic with 'Q-link')recording is a doddle, using the EPG on the tv.(you dont need the dvd's remote at all) In the looks department ~~ in my opinion it looks classy. There's been a lot of 'hype' about the 'beautiful shiney looks' of the latest samsungs, but i find them a bit "in your face". This set just sits there and shouts 'quality'.
If I HAVE to have a gripe.... it's certainly not against the product itself. But for a relatively pricey Tv,I think Sony have been a bit 'mingy' in failing to supply even a basic scart lead.Maybe they presume that customers will want to choose a top-quality connection for high-spec products like these,to get the best out of them.I got a QED HDMI cable plus a RGB scart(needed for the 'smartlink'to my dvdr)
This is a beautiful Tv. Go on... take the plunge... you wont regret it!
