Dark Factions focuses on the factions outside the Alliance and Horde, including the Burning Legion, the Scarlet Crusade and the Twilight's Hammer, as well as less hostile neutral beings such as pandaren and tuskarr.

With 8 new races, 20 new factions ad 9 new prestige classes, most of which have little to do with the Alliance or Horde, this book provides material for any independant hero. Rounded off with new spells; feats; magical and technological items; and even some new soldiers and monsters who serve the various neutral factions, as well as two adventures for heroes of any faction, the book Dark Factions provides a useful supplement for even the most deeply rooted Alliance or Horde campaign.

I would reccomend this book to anyone who plays WoW RPG.
