Informative and yet simple.
I bought this book whilst undertaking a diploma in anatomy and physiology. I found quite detailed information about all the subjects I needed to cover and it was very well explained. The think I liked most was the way it explained anatomy and physiology with regards to the holistic way which I found helpful as I was also studying aromatherapy. I found this book to be an excellent study aid and will continue to use it even after I have finished the course.
