As a recently qualified holistic therapist, I am always on the look out for new techniques.I own several DVD`s on the subject of massage, but this one is a cut above the rest. Helen McGuinness is, in my opinion, the therapist`s therapist. The film is very well presented, professional and informative. Helen explains what she is doing and why and guides the viewer through each movement twice. I also own her Indian Head Massage DVD and will certainly try to collect the whole set. Excellent!
