Useful information
Recently i bought a repossessed house and wanted to know more about post purchase details. Especially things like how to deal with the credit report etc., On that aspect this book has been very useful with useful information.
Also it has information on what needs to be done 1 month before moving into a repossessed house and before a fortnight and before a week. Some information like setting up the redirect at the postoffice were useful.
But then if you are not buying a repossessed house you could get the above information by searching the book from the google book search which returns you the required information.
