About the Author
Althea Hayton lives in Hertfordshire. She is a writer and counsellor with a life-long history of addiction to food. She discovered the Four Zero Plan in the 1980s ,thinking it was a new kind of slimming diet. It proved to be far more than that! Now after a further ten years of research into nutrition, food intolerance and addictions of various kinds, she is convinced that most people who have a problem with food are food addicts. She now runs group workshops for people with a food problem, which take place in three stages. They have proved popular and highly effective in helping people to change to a healthier way of eating.
