A German-made Japanese chef's knife that's better than examples from Japan! This is the knife that GORDON RAMSEY has been using a lot on British TV (he's not sponsored by Wusthof, incidentally). This knife also features a Granton scalloped edge to prevent sticking. The Classic Ikon range has a different balance and grip to the traditional Wusthof offerings.
