Customer Reviews
Psoriasis sufferer
As a Psoriasis sufferer I am always on the lookout for ideas on how I can manage the condition. This book is thorough and comprehensive on various conditions including psoriasis.
There is nothing startlingly new for me - but the ideas are generally sound and sensible and there are some interesting recipes to try. There is nothing "faddy" about the suggestions.
The ideas are all manageable without too much fuss and effort.
