A very nice quality machine. Very easy to use and had all my programmes and internet set up within a couple of hours. Shame(for me)it was reduced by £20 the day after I ordered it! Excellent value.

This must be the best buy laptop of this specificstion of the year.
Apart from a technical problem with the first which was dealt with in a most efficient manner by Amazon I found this a very easy machine to set up
and for a silver surfer of three computers standing I was up and running for the first time without requiring any outside help or assistance.
It meets the specification outlined by Amazon and more than meets my requirements.I am particularly impressed by the speed with which I can resolve problems using the wireles enabled help lines,and found that the transition from Windows XL to Vista problem free.

Excellent product and service from Amazon
We ordered this machine as a workhorse desktop replacement. It performs perfectly despite its budget price. Be aware that the Microsoft and Norton software are trial versions only. There was a minor mix-up with Amazon which was handled promptly and courteously to our complete satisfaction. Highly recommended.
