Get the Weiss book instead
Purchased this book along with Weiss and was disappointed with this one.
The content and layout are a bit childish and it feels more like a school exercise book than a consulting text. A lot of the book seems to be focused on personality traits and what makes a successful consultant rather than sound advice on how to start and build a consulting business.
There are better books than this available.
