I wanted to finish of this NVQ as quickly as possible so purchased this title. I wasn't disappointed it contains all the information you need to amaze your assessor and IV with your knowledge and work.
Each unit and chapter is covered in some detail with help on how to complete each one.
This book does exactly what I needed to and as given me a thorough understanding of what is expected in this NVQ.
Invaluable sudy aid
I bought this for my daughter who has completed the course. She found it invaluable, and it certainly helped her to get full marks on every section. This book is well laid out and easy to read. Lot's of illustrations and memory aids. Very easy to follow and interesting, so much better than the textbooks 'When I was a Gal!'
