Customer Reviews
An excellent book on the outsourcing process and its management!
Linda Dominguez's book is not just another book describing the outsourcing process. Besides that there is a whole chapter devoted to exit management which is a very sensitive and essential part of the outsourcing management process.
The book deals with outsourcing in an international context and therefore a chapter has also been devoted to the management of cultural and language barriers which is rarely covered to such an extent in a book.
The only downside of the book is that there aren't many illustrations to explain or indicate what is being said throughout the chapters. Moreover, some of the outsourcing team names are different. However, that doesn't pose too much a problem.
I would highly recommend this book to any outsourcing professional and IT professionals interested in effective IT outsourcing not only in its 'local' sense but also in its 'global' meaning.
