The best examples, anecdotes and checklists
Aalders has produced an excellent book on outsourcing. Written in a friendly, almost chatty style it takes the manager step by step through technology outsourcing with some fantastic quotes and comments from real people in real companies. I particularly like the checklists Aalders has used - they are essential pointers for any IT manager charged with an outsourcing project.

Balanced and practical advice
This will become the handbook for managers in the outsourcing buisness, its even teaching the outsourcers a thing or two.
