Customer Reviews

Insightful!5
Rick Click has focused on particular areas of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) such as relationship management, project management and risk management. However, an extensive account of the BPO process is also provided. Illustrations of the BPO teams and their formation and relationships are well structured and explained.

Click has managed to produce an interesting guide to BPO, which clearly examines every stage of it and sets good examples as to how - not to make errors that will cost in both money and time in a BPO project.

I would highly recommend this book to anyone seeking to gain a valuable insight to the BPO process and its management.
