Kerrier District is probably the best thing Luke Vibert has done to date

Pure party music that charms from the opening libidinal cries
Customer Reviews
Highly Recommended
This is an excellent album that proves to me that there is still some great house music out there. If you have heard any of Metro Area's records then Kerrier District's sound is on a similar tip with its infectuous soulful groove and subtle disco undertones. I highly recommend this album to anyone who loves real house music.
Nu Skool Disco.
After Metro Areas fantastic release last year I thought it would be a while for another follow up. So while waiting I managed to tarck this little beauty down. Think Metro Area with a huge dollop of cheese. Excellent Disco and every track a killer. As with Luke Viberts other releases you get the odd 303 bassline which add to the overall disco feel. This is an awesome 10 tracker which must be owned if you like Metro Area and that old Disco sound revamped for 2004. A must have.
It's good, but its not Metro Area.
Good album, some good beats, loops, synths and keyboard stabs. I was drawn to this by comparisons to Metro Area. Clearly Luke Vibert has blantantly tried to emulate Geist and Jesrani's style. Yes, it is similar but for me it still doesn't touch Metro Area for technical excellence and dynamics. Still, nice to see this style of left-field house gaining popularity.
