Moth Killer
This is a repeat purchase. We've found this spray extremely effective against clothes moths, though best when used alongside pheremone traps. The traps attract only the males so the spray is very useful against the females. It's expensive but lasts for ages.

Needs must !
I never normally use any form of insect killer and prefer to place scented plants and herbs around the house to deter them. However - when I discovered masses of moths under my desk (right at the back in the dark recesses where the vacuum sometimes doesn't go (! cough!) they were on and under the carpet I realised I could easily have a house infestation if i didn't stop them in their tracks. The female clothes/carpet moths do not fly they can only crawl - and they lay their eggs in dark recesses. The male does fly and that is why I bought this spray. The carpets must be vacuumed throughly and the eggs will then be removed with the female moths. The vacuum must then be emptied immediately as these moths can also survive on dust.
This spray was purchased in conjunction with moth traps. The moth traps caught some of the males flying around but this spray was ideal for the times you saw the male moths and need to get rid of them before they mate with the females and the infestation starts all over again.
One spray with this killed the moth instantly. I made sure i left the room afterwards and once I sprayed a moth not realising a spider and fly were behind it. Killed everything. Felt bad about the spider.
Anyway - as I said, needs must. If you want to be left with intact carpets and clothes - the infestation must be stopped and this spray performed exactly as described.

This CAN'T be used on clothes
I'm very disappointed.

The review above implies that this should be used on clothes in conjunction with the 'Moth Trap', so you stop both male and female months destroying your clothes.

However, when the product arrived, the can says: 'DO NOT SPRAY ON CLOTHES'. This is just for zapping moths and other insects such as flies and wasps and therefore offers no protection to clothing.

The review is therefore misleading, making you buy a product that doesn't work in the way implied. It will do nothing to protect your clothes in the wardrobe or drawers from being munched by the little sods.

I'm really upset that I've wasted my time and money buying something that is being fraudulently marketed. The description says: 'A Moth Killer For Fast Control Of Moths In The Home' which is just untrue, just like the product review. I wonder if the review is genuine. How can it be: 'extremely effective against clothes moths' WHEN YOU CAN'T SPRAY IT ON CLOTHES?

It's a joke. AND IT'S DECEIT. Don't be conned.
