Fine for adults!
I bought this watch as I have slim wrists and thought it would be perfect for me, based on the previous review. It is plenty big enough for a "normal" adult wrist - I have it on the tightest setting!
It has a big advantage over the regular casio basic watch in that it is a fabric strap, which will hopefully last longer than the rubber ones on the other.
The face is quite large so I think it would look fine on both men and women. Has all the functions you would expect from casio and at a great price!

Nice watch for school kids.
I bought this watch to gift my neice who is in school. It is a nice watch for the price. Has quite a few functions as well. Will do well as a childrens watch. I was expecting it to be be as big as seen in the picture but in reality it is quite tiny and therefore would only suit on the wrist of a schoolgirl or little boy. Being a Casio one can be assured of the reliability but I wouldn't suggest it for a grown up. Again, excellent for school kids.

Worth Having!
I would recommend this for men or women who want a smaller faced watch to match their wrist size.
The strap fastens to a minimum diameter of 145mm and the watch case is 35mm wide and 37mm from strap to strap.
It has enough functions for most purposes and the buttons all operate easily.
I've had this watch for 18 months now and unlike casio watches with resin straps, which tend to break after a year, the fabric straps on this watch are fine. The watch is still looking pretty good too, there being no areas of paint in vulnerable areas which can wear through quite quickly on some watches.
According to the manual the 10 year life span for the battery is affected by how much you use the backlight and can reduce it to a couple of years if you have the light on a lot.
Obviously for the price, this isn't going to be the best looking watch out there, but it's quite acceptable and does it's job.
I'm even thinking of getting another one as a spare before they discontinue them!
