This book is a brilliant help!!!
This book is absolutely brilliant. I am currently just starting up my own grooming business and this book is proving a very good source of all the information that i need. I have tried many other books before but this one is the best i have seen. It covers every aspect that you would possibly need to know if you are thinking about grooming or already have your own grooming business.

A Good Read
The book is very well written and easy to follow. It has sound business ideas and in particular I found the marketing section very good. The only downside for me is that I found it is more useful for people with grooming parlours up and running. I wanted more info on actually starting one up. Having said that I'm sure it will be of help when ever I do get started!

I purchased From Problems to Profits in August of 1996, and by November begain implementing the plan in the book, The Madson Management System. In 8 months we had streamlined our staff, completely reworked our appointment scheduling, and not only adjusted our prices, but totally restructured our pricing methods.
