A very useful reference source
This Handbook is a very useful reference source that will save a lot of
time in finding the advisers and contractors you need for property development.

It also explains a wide range of topics related to property development
but it doesn't go into the technical jargon that the more expensive books adopt.

I would highly recommend it's easy to read, summary format to anyone
wishing to start in property development.

GREAT GUIDE FOR PROPERTY DEVELOPERS LARGE OR SMALL
Having set my heart on a house in really nice location, I was put off by the survey that showed some asbestos problems.
I came across the handbook whilst looking for some guidance, I really wanted the house but I was worried.
The handbook not only gave me the answers and resource information it also gave me the confidence to go ahead with the purchase.
I have developed property in a small way before and now look forward to increased success with this handbooks insights and information.

What a surprise this book is - so understated
In it's 480 pages it probably offers more than similar publications combined

I personally found the handbook to be a comprehensive reference book that will benefit someone like myself contemplating there first move into property.

There is no waffle, just common sense backed up with a superb "Quick Search Guide" which is easy to follow, and delivers the answers that you seek.

Great value in that it will be the only book that I will need to progress up
the property ladder.
