Content is excellent, shame about the book!
I am sure Doug Stevenson would be shock to realise how short he is being sold by the quality of physical production of the book. As a new book you just don't expect the act of opening it to page 183 to caused the pages to detach from the spine and fall out. I spoke to a friend who had bought a second hand version it it too fell apart, as it was 2nd hand he wasn't that bothered. It falls apart because the cheap way single pages are glued (rather unsuccessfully) to the spine of the book.
This is a great shame as what is actual written by Doug Stevenson is valuable to both aspiring and experienced public speakers because it is both accessible to read and practically useful full. Loads of great tips and ideas to make your public speaking more dynamic. I have already used a couple of ideas in creating my speech which won a my clubs humorous competition.
