Manufacturer's Description
Stock Car Speedway – In one game you will experience three of the most exciting, dangerous and high speed forms of racing.

  • Experience the hair raising thrills of racing, Street Stocks – old bangers for you to crash and smash around the circuits, Dirt Midgets – high energy vehicles that let you do dramatic flips and spins and Late Models – the ‘Bad Boys’ of Speedway, expensive, low centre of gravity with toughened bodies, one for the pros.
  • Race on more than 12 real-life tracks to kick start your racing career. Unlock exciting fantasy circuits to really test your skill.
  • Five racing modes including Practice, Time Trial, Singles Races, Championship, and the unique Career Mode – experience all that becoming a Pro Racer has to offer.
  • Drive your vehicles to near destruction, patch them up in the repair shop, purchase upgrades to enhance your performance, and negotiate with hard nosed sponsors to get the most money for your team.
  • Fast and furious real world graphics combine with true racing physics, driven by the award winning in-game physics code – The Difference Engine.

If you love Oval Racing Buy This game5
Similar format to the World Of Outlaw game also out on PS2 with a wider range of cars. The 1st series sees you in a UK style stock car championship with a certain amount of contact. You then progress into Sprint Cars which are amazingly quick, followed by modified cars (which are often shown racing on Motors TV) which are just so so fast. I have found the inital game play slighty easier than W O O but as I'm getting further into the game it is getting harder and harder. The graphics are nice and crisp (although the in car views are a little basic) and the bumper view is class.

A bargin price for a geat game. If you like your oval racing buy this game. I Love it and have never bothered reviewing games before.
