Customer Reviews
A quality photo documentary if Rossi
This book is packed with photos of the legend from his first years of racing to the end of 2005. In the first part it writes about his career year by year covering the highlights of each race and season, but then after that it is pure photographic coverage with small quotes and captions on most pages. It really great to see photos of different aspects of his racing lifestyle, from close ups of all his stickers, helmets and leathers to his crashes wins and strange quirks. A fantastic book.
Picture story
This book is great for people who love to study photos and glance at the text, but not much for people who study the text and glance at the photos. The English translation is poor, there are factual errors and confusing language. Small bits of new information can be found, but mostly the book is a waste of time except for the - mostly great - pictures. The format, both size and weight, makes it hard to read unless you spread it on a table, and the text is scattered pages apart, making it difficult to maintain continuity.
A MUST IF YOUR A ROSSI FAN
I got this book a couple of years ago as a christmas present, there are some truly stunning photo's on here, if your a rossi fan then this is a must.
