Not for the advanced or intermediate
I would love to be able to give this book a good review, as there is some interesting info in here, but to me it is a missed opportunity. Too much of the book deals with the basics of photography. Many of the example photographs used for comparison are very small and are not really helpful because of this.

The author clearly knows his subject as the info on Architectural Photography is useful and interesting but there is just too little of it. I would better describe this as a book on photography with some architectural stuff thrown in. First book i have bought where i have been so disappointed.

I suggest to anyone interested in this book to view it at a library first if possible. If you are new to photography then you could find this book useful as a 'one stop shop', for those with a few years experience it is too much of a compromise and tries to appeal to too wide an audience.
