Product Description

In an increasingly crowded world many people yearn for the open spaces of the countryside, but increasingly photographers are looking to towns and cities as their sources of inspiration, attracted by the myriad photographic opportunities afforded by architecture: classical and modern alike. The book appeals to both photographers and architectural enthusiasts and is suitable for all levels of photographers from beginner to enthusiast. Particularly useful for students and those wishing to make money from their hobby as it contains a great deal of advice on selling images and working on commission. A combination of functional and creative photographs show the wide range of styles involved in architectural photography.

Fantastic5
I was told to get this book by my lecturer at university. Its amazing. I recomend this book to new comers, the experienced and even professionals to catch up on anything they've missed. Some of the pictures are just breathtaking and the help and advice given is really good. Definately recomended!!

Handy but only average3
I'm pretty experienced at photography but embarking on architecural course so I thought I'd do some mugging up. The book is pretty - in that it has some high quality photography - the guy is obviously very capable. However, as a learning tool it is very average and can easily be read on the skim because there is so little in it that is genuinely specific and critically useful to architectural photography.

Also bought book by G Kapelow - "Archi Photos the digi way" - much more a 5 star useful book (but images are less pretty!)

Great for a student photographer5
I am studying photography and wanted a reference to Architectural photography. This book was a great help with lots of useful information. As usual with all my purcheses, the book was supplied by "The Book Depository" it was delivered quickly and at a price I could afford.
