Perfect if you have little time and want to keep in shape!
I love the Everlast Woman's Rowing Action Exerciser, I have had four of them now, as soon as I wear one out I reorder, they are amazing,it really works and you can watch TV or listen to music at the same time and it only needs about 5 mins twice a day and it is the best way to kep the abs in trim!
Not quite as good as the real thing......
I cancelled my gym membership recently, but wanted to carry on exercising, so along with the cross trainer I already have at home and the running I do regularly, I wanted something else similar to a rowing machine but without the cost.
I stumbled upon the Everlast Womens Rowing Action Exerciser by mistake but figured I'd give it ago... for how much it cost, what did I have to loose.
Anyway, I have used this now about half a dozen times, and each time it becomes easier to use.... getting your feet into the stirrups is a mammoth task in itself... especially if your trainers are quite bulky... but there is a knack to it and once you figure it out, its okay. The fundamentals of the piece of equipment are okay, but you need great self control and you need to go slowly in order to get the best results. Unlike a rowing machine in the gym, where you build up speed and stamina, this is the opposite.. the slower you go, the better it is.
Personally I don't think it's as good as the rowing machines you find in the gym, but as it relies on your core muscles, I can see it being beneficial to my strength in a different way, so I am not too disappointed with it.
Definitely recommend for Pilates lovers as it uses similar ideals.
For the money, worth a go.....
i like mine
i bought this at TKMAXX and i really liked it. i did see the instruction video and it shows you great ways of toning different parts of your body. i had gone a little over weight in the last year so i wanted something that would help me burn fat before going to bed. You can feel the difference after a few weeks of using it, you do start to tone up. its worth buying
