Not suitable for Pilates
These bands are supposed to be suitable for Pilates workouts (as advertised) but are so short, it's impossible to incorporate into my programme! I'm only 5ft 2' but there was no wiggle room at all. There is no description either as to what strength the different bands relate to, and the pink band is actually coloured orange. I'm just about to return these and go find a Dynaband.

Does what it says on the bag
This is a set of three, to put no finer point on it, rubber bands!

They are about 100mm wide - wide enough to grip easily; and long enough to pass under the arch of your feet and still allow you to have your hands at rest at hip height. You raise your hands up above your head to exercise.

There are three levels of resistance and the bands can be combined to give more resistance if desired.

I use them with the Electronic Arts Sports Active for Wii as they supplied band did not give me as much resistance as I'd hoped

They come with a convenient cloth bag which is very useful as latex is susceptible to sunlight and petroleum vapours

Fit band review
They are OK, a bit short so you can't do both arms together. The pink is an easy band, grey medium and blue tough. Sheet of drawings to exercise from which are OK too. Not overly impressed just the basics and the bands work well enough.
