Worthless DVD
I bought this for the combination of the resistance bands and the exercise DVD, but the routines on the DVD are short and almost of the standard I'd expect from a free CD with a newspaper. I think I could have got a set of bands cheaper elsewhere on their own.

A great workout
I have to disagree with the above review, if done correctly this is a great workout that will leave you seeing the benefits in no time. The workouts are to the point and you get a 30 minute workout using the bands and a 10 minute workout without the band as an additional extra. I have always preferred martial arts as a way of keeping fit but this is a great way of keeping in shape and is easy to fit in to a busy lifestyle. Not only does it help with toning but also increases flexibility as well, what more can you ask for? The final test is the burn you feel the following day and this passed with flying colours.
