Customer Reviews

Ab toner that works5
The double wheel version is better than the single wheel as it feels more stable. I use this each morning and do just 3 sets of 12 reps. Start gently and at your own pace and the abdominal strength builds up and tones. I combine this with my normal abs routine as an additional way to help tone my abdominal muscles. It's quick and easy to use, cheap and takes very little space up. Used regularly it does work! Only thing is why they call it a "Woman's Exercise Wheel" as it is just as good for men too.

Great for core strength5
Anyone who lifts weight, or who wants good core strength should get one of these. A wheel can be difficult to use at first, and leave you feeling very sore, but the results are worth it

If you're a serious weight trainer, body builder, boxer, or powerlifter like my self etc etc It really is worth getting one of these. Even if you have no aspirations of squatting and deadlifting 300kg plus, this really is an excellent piece of kit to have in your home gym, or take it to the gym with you like I do

Works a treat.4
Errr dont do too many otherwise you'll not get out of bed :-)
very simple very cheap way to get your stomach muscles working, I got it for the wife and shes doing about 100 a day now, although I'm happy with 30, if you ever doubt anything like this then dont it really does work,m even doing 20 when you start will really pull your stoach muscles.
It also strengthens your back pretty well to, just remember to start of without extending too much and only do a few, but its way more intense on the muscles than doing situps, it just doesn't feel it...
