Perfect way to get more from your pilates workout routines
I have been using this ring in my workout about 2 to 3 times a week for the last month and I'm thrilled with it. I can feel and see the difference already - the added resistance has contributed to the difference in my waist, thighs and hips. Really good quality so I expect this to last quite a while. A brilliant piece of equipment
