Ultimate Relation
This cd was recommended to me by a colleague of mine, I wasn't sure - it seemed old and dated in terms of published date. However, I have been pleasantly suprised, it's easy to follow, he has a very calm voice and it's very relaxing! It's so easy to follow you don't have to listen to it every time you want to relax - you simply remember what he said! Helping me loads! Anyone suffering from stress, anxiety, lack of sleep or you simly want to relax - BUY IT!

Works for my Dad
I got this for my dad and he reported back that it did the trick and Dr Hilary wasn't annoying like some American therapists and doctors can be.

Very good
I found this CD very helpful. Part one describes the affects that stress has on your body, then part two takes you into a nice relaxed state. It's definately helping me.
