Indian Head Massage DVD
An excellent DVD explaining and showing in great detail step by step the practical massage treatment required to fully complete a head massage. This DVD is in my opinion essential for those following a IHM course of study. Please note the Anatomy and Physiology requirements of an IHM qualification are not included in this DVD but are available from this author in a seperate course book.

goes that little bit further
In my IHM I have learnt the basic of the massage but watching this dvd has allowed me to expand on the basics of what I have already learnt. Well worth buying for anyone, even if you havent any knowledge of the treatment at all as Helen describes every techinique
