An introduction to a principle that will change the world
I ought to point out that I have been following Joe's work for some time. I was on one of his manifestation events that he quotes in the book, where he was still trying to get his head round the principles in 'Zero Limits'. I've watched 'The Secret' (and loved it) - I've read 'The Attractor Factor' (and loved it).

I have to say that I don't actually like a lot of Joe's written work - this book included - simply because of the way it is written and put together. There are way too many testimonials from his fans (and his friends and mastermind group). There's way too much 'fat' in there. There are way too many pieces of irrelevant content. I know one of Joe's tenets is 'The Universe likes speed' - and often his books show the speed with which they are put together - lots of stuff that bulks things out. On that basis, this would get two stars.

So that's the warning over. Now here's the skinny. You need to read this book. Honestly, you really do. Even if you hate the way it's written. Even if your experience of Joe has left you disappointed. Because what's in here, when you sift through to the core, is dynamite. That's why I give it five stars. You might even feel 'is that it?' Can the secret to life be that simple? Well, yes it is, and no it isn't. As Joe himself says, the principle is simple, and applying it isn't always easy.

I've read this book twice now, and I can already feel the shift in my life. Read it. If it doesn't work for you, then that's fine... and if it does, then that's cool - but give it a chance.. stay open.. you might be amazed. Thanks, Joe - and thanks, Dr Len.

Written proof and instruction on how to wipe out all problems easily and enjoyably
In this amazing book Joe Vitale describes his encounters with Dr Ihaleakala Hew Len, the Hawaiian psychologist and healer, where they tell us about many different applications of the Hawaiian method Ho'oponopono.

These examples cover areas like
* violent inmates in a prison hospital who become calm,
* a room that needed to be acknowledged before allowing a large dinner party to occupy it or
* the innocence of hamburgers because the real enemy is what you think about the food

Dr Hew Len teaches that we alone, each one of us, are responsible for everything outside ourselves.

Joe describes the steps through the book's many examples. Many of us would have some difficulty in recognising the situations where we could apply the extremely easy and simple steps to heal the situation by healing ourselves. Joe's examples make it much easier to recognise where we can use this method.

Trusting in gratitude, love and forgiveness enables us to lead healed lives in a healed society.

Try it for a few days and you'll see.

LIVE CHANGING -THANKYOU
I bought this gem for myself after my friend loved it and said I would love it even more. I wasnt prepared for what happened next. My husband who hasnt read a book in 23 years I have known him hijacked the book and hes a changed man. I felt trapped, he felt trapped and anger was within everything we breathed. Since reading about this wonderful method he has leaped forward into a world he thought wasnt there anymore. He always described himself as a non airy fairy guy and dont think the phrases and concept makes a man any less of a man- infact it creates THE MAN. I would reccommend this book to anyone who is ready to let go of their past and their patterns of thinking that have held them back from becoming the best they can be. Be open to change and miracles...........
