A must for learning to contact with the spiritual realm!
To say that this is a "how to" book does not bear justice to the loving message that this book conveys. The universe is an abundant place, and there are spirit guides who want to help us make life a truly wonderful and joyful experience. While this book teaches how to contact these guides, we also need to focus on the message that all those desiring spiritual growth need not do it alone. We are guided! We are supported! Anyone who decides to read this book has already been "nudged" by their guide who seeks closer communications with him/her.

I bought this book because, i have been interested in how to channel for quite some time, i am also sensitive.
I wouldnt necessarily recommend this book for everybody. I think it would be useful if you had some experience of meditating first. If you do have this experience, it cuts out a proportion of the book.
The reason why this is an excellent book is that if you are ready, the exercises are simple and powerful. I read this book in a day, i sat down for half an hour and bang, result. Now thats powerful.
It is not a perfect book, it is for the beginner, so you may find yourself skipping between sections. Those sections are there in case you doubt yourself; they help to give you practical advice and relay others experiences which is comforting.
Most people will not buy this book on a whim, if you seriously want to open to channel, this is the book to buy.

A must for people wanting to open up to their higher selves
Opening to channel is a fantastic book for people who are interested in exploring their abilities and minds on a different, new level. For those just getting started and knowing there is "more" out there, this book walks the student step by step and covers everybase. A definite must read!
