DVD Description
Are you ready to set sail into the future? Climb aboard HMS Boosh, hoist the perspex anchor, set the controls for the heart of the sun and come navigate the electrical seas with Cyborg Patrick and his Neon Barnacles.

In this live Boosh presentation you will see Howard wrestle with the problems of the universe in tiny shorts, while Vince gets his hair extra big and flounces about, Bob Fossil's dance moves will turn you on then anger you over and over until you puke. You shall then weep with salty joy as Bollo and Naboo move about and say stuff in their own special way. The Boosh are mighty and sailing at you, strap your eyes onto your brain double tight, cos it's gonna get choppy like electric sushi.

Another vote on the negative side.2
Like the majority of people leaving reviews i love the boosh, the last 3 seasons have been great and there last live tour was hilarious, this on the other hand is not.It may have a bigger budget but its got a lot less laughs.Very disjointed, not enough of either bolo or naboo and the songs (for the majority) have all been used and heard in season 3.Fulcher was a good saving grace, but he alone couldnt breath life into this corpse of a show.what struck me most is that it was just one character after another roled out with very little aim, story or plot.

I would strongly urge you rent before you buy.

Probably the worst thing ever1
I used to love the Mighty Boosh, especially the first 2 seasons. This however, assuming its the same show I went to see live, is absolutely terrible. We left about 10 minutes into the 2nd half it really was that bad. There was no cohesion or story and the songs were embarrassingly bad. Each character was introduced without any link to the last one. It was a while ago now but I'm pretty sure the Hitcher's sketch was about 20 minutes of him running around the audience blethering his catchphrases at random. Having said all this there was plenty of people laughing around me so if you like the more recent Mighty Boosh stuff (randomness for the sake of randomness) then you might enjoy it. If you're looking for intelligent humour steer well clear.

ABYSMAL LET DOWN!1
Having been a big fan of all 3 series of the Boosh & having witnessed the previous tour & enjoyed it, i found this 2008 show to be, shall we say, treading comical water. That wasn't just my view but also the view of all 6 of us who went to the show in Nottingham.

It just wasn't funny. They seem unsure of what to do. "Hmmm shall we try something daring or stretch the joke out over another live show?" Unfortunately they went for the latter.

Don't get me wrong i still watch the tv series constantly & am still a fan.

Rich Fulcher remains good value for money but over-all this was 'A bridge too far' for Barrett & Fielding.

I only hope they don't do a 'League of Gentlemen' & make a terrible film next.
