Lovely voice, lovely words
Sonia is well renouned for good reason. You really do feel that you are in the company of an enlightend soul, and that is very comforting. The meditations are accessible enough for anyone and deeply relaxing. Great for last thing at night after the day from hell. Takes you out of the mundane and to a higher level. just what's needed sometimes. Sonia has a lovely energy, a lovely voice and knows her stuff. for those who have a problem with god, or american religious ferver pro god, it might be a bit much to take though as she refers specifically to the male monotheist model.
