Better than nothing
What's good about this map? It's nice to look at, being two-sided it's a reasonable scale for a map of the whole country, it's got an index; and it exists - as far as I know it's the only Ghana map available. Generally speaking it will give you an idea of where places and roads are.
BUT it's too full of errors to be really trustworthy. Just a few that I've spotted: the motorway from Accra to Tema takes the wrong line and goes too far (should be Achimota to Ashaiman); Aflao on the Togo border is in the wrong place and on the wrong road (should be on the main road adjacent to Lome); the designation of importance / condition of roads does not always bear much relation to reality, and the line of the main Accra-Kumasi road is not shown correctly between Suhum and Bonsu. In fairness, there have been many road improvements in Ghana and the map can't always keep up. Many important tourist sites are not shown at all.
If you need a Ghana map, there's no choice, but this one really isn't very good.
