This new book details the authors' investigation, over a period of several months, into what they believe to be the most intense, protracted and documented case of its kind. The authors have collected many eye-witness statements and have consulted experts in numerous fields both here and abroad. These include graphologists, university lecturers, paranormal researchers and medical personnel, some of whom have witnessed these startling phenomena for themselves. Here is a chilling diary of an ongoing poltergeist case which rivals any previously documented.

About the Author
Michael J. Hallowell is a full-time freelance writer and paranormal investigator. He writes the UK's longest running paranormal column, Bizarre, in the Shields Gazette. Darren W. Ritson is also a freelance writer and paranormal investigator. He contributes regularly to PARANORMAL magazine and has also written Ghost Hunter: True Life Encounters from the North East.

Too close to home!!
Its not often that I'm truly scared by this kind of thing - usually just fascinated by the unknown. However, this book had the hairs on my neck standing on end and I even slept with the light after reading it! The absolute horror that poor family went through is mind boggling and they were obviously lucky to have Mike and Darren to support them through the ordeal.
Anyone with an interest in true cases of paranormal activity must read this - an eye opener and a rare (I hope!) case. The only thing I didn't like about this book is that the incident took place in South Shields, which is only just up the road from me - a little too close to home!!
I can't recommend this highly enough.

Scared Stiff
I have never ever ever been so scared in my life. I highly recommend this book , I actually bought it for my mum's birthday and we both ended up sleeping with the lights on. The authors describe everything so well, pure genius! I can't wait for the blockbuster movie.

Scary
A great read for anyone interested in the paranormal. The book grips you from the onset and holds your attention until the very end. made me shiver to the bone.
