Customer Reviews
Where was this book when I started selling cars?!
"It's simple; the keys are above the visor. If you don't sell a car today, you don't have a job tomorrow." These were the words I heard when I began in car sales twenty two years ago. Today I own my own dealerships. During my tenure in the business I have not read or heard of any sales training material that was worth its salt. This book came along and I have new faith in the direction automotive sales professionals will be trained. Worth every penny, shilling, crown, pound, whatever. Buy a bunch and give me to all your sales staff no matter what line of sales you are in.
Straight forward. Easy to read. Great style!
In a world with no solutions and many objections this book fills a void that has been waiting to be filled since the first car was rolled off the assembly lines. Nobody has taken the time to open the behavioral side of the deal up for close scrutiny. Mr. Ziegler has a fresh, easy to follow style that can cross over into field of sales. I will buy this book for anyone that works for me now and in the future. Great job!
