brilliant
brilliant book. just what i wanted. Lots and lots of unfussy ideas for delicious salads. No silly ingredients and masses of tasty ideas, all with good clear pictures. I wish more cook books were like this.
brilliant
Definately the best ever book of salads, simply loads of delicious recipes, interesting, but not overly complicated or expensive, 99% of the ingrediants are things you can buy from Tesco. Loads of colour pictures for nearly every recipe, and a good description of each recipe too. Another nice touch is that at the bottom of every page is a list of the basic nutritional info. for each recipe (energy in Kcal, carbs, fat, protein etc.) i bought mine from a market place seller for around £20, but it was well worth the price, since I'll never need to buy another salad recipe book!
