Excellant cook book
This was one of the first caribbean cook books I purchased and I was amazed at how easy the recipes were to follow. I have made lots of meals for friends and family following the recipes and they love it!! The colourful pictures also makes this book at lot more interesting.
I love this book!
This is the first Carribean cookbook I have purchased and I have to say that it comes highly recommended! I was brought up with Carribean food and have a mother who is very critical when it comes to good Carribean food. I made the coconut sweet bread and I have to say, my mum loved it!! It tasted very authentic. The reciepe's are simple and the book is full of colour and pictures.
