Everything you wanted to know about giant hogweed but were afraid to ask5
With a detailed review of all significant papers about Heracleum mantegazzianum available to date, this book is the state of the knowledge about the invasive plant and its management.
Unlike many books of its kind, that's not a collage of many papers, but a critic monography easy to read and to refer to.

Chapters are divided into subjects, so every trait of the plant is well treated and provided with detailed information quick to find. While describing rigorously the biology and ecology of the plant, there are always references to the management implications, with many interesting prompts for action.
Especially weed and landscape managers will benefit from this book, but, due to its wide range of experiments reported, also researchers who intend to study the giant hogweed.
