Brilliant router. Best value for money.
I have been running a different make wired router for 3 years but needed to make the move to Wireless after buying a Nintendo Wii which was in a completely different part of the house to my wired PCs.

My colleague in tech support recommended this one. He uses the same one at home so I thought it must be ok.

Setting up was simplicity itself. I went through the wizard and made a couple of manual changes to ensure I had the highest possible security set.

2 wired PCs, 1 wireless Wii connection using the AOSS function (Buffalo network devices are used in Nintendo products I believe) and a wireless laptop all connected in about 15 minutes.

My internet browsing is MUCH MUCH faster, I suspect the previous router was to blame as it was a nightmare to configure. This one is a breeze.

There is a previous review which slated this product. I can only assume that the reviewer was unlucky and had a faulty one as I experienced no problems at all, and I am no networking genius. All I did was read up on the different configurations and security encryptions available and chose the best one for my needs.

I can't recommend this enough. Amazon's price represents a 50% saving compared to other sites. This is a genuine bargain. You won't be disappointed. I trust me you won't be disappointed.

Easy Set up Wireless Router
Bought one of these a few months back. First time I tried the Wireless Router path.
All I can say it was a pleasure to get up and running, works perfect, have 1 computer connected via Ethernet cable, 2 computers connected via wireless USB Adapters, and Nintendo Wii, plus Nintendo DS via the AOSS selector.
Also Xbox live,wired or wireless, don't need to bother with one of those £60 wireless microsoft adapters, just connect an Ethernet cable between your Xbox 360 and your Wirelees PC's Ethernet card, excellent. Your PDA will pick it up too if it has wi-fi, also DS Browser.
No problems at all, go for it!
If anyone has problems running this piece of kit, you have been unlucky and recieved a faulty one.

Low-Profile and Neat Design
Good little Wireless Router/Wireless Access Point. I have had several Buffalo products and am pleased. This was fairly easy to set up because I read the full instruction manual first. The biggest headache with WiFi is poor instructions and these are not well-written and sometimes fail to understand where the user will have a problem.

It is nonetheless a nice piece of kit and works well with my Linksys card (whose chipset is Linux compatible, the Buffalo card is not) and I am pleased with my purchase and its low price
