Not a good guide
Went to the Azores in the summer of 2009. There were not so many guides available, so I bought this one. I was a bit disappointed. The guide is short and simple. Most of the tips, descriptions and text can be found on free brouchures. The map that came along with it was ok, but again free map from the airport was much more useful.

I would wait for a Rough Guide or a Lonely Planet guide.
