Good all round mat but not very thick
I bought this mat for doing pilates and on the whole I am pleased with it, especially for the price. The only thing to note is that it's not overly thick so I did notice the hard floor when doing exercises on my side.

The mat rolls up and fastens with velcro so it's easy to carry.

Would recommend as a good all rounder and value for money.

not an expert by any means but the mat seems fine to me and thicker than the ones at the gym. would recommend.

versatile mat
I bought the mat for when I do sit ups or use a balance ball. It's a good roll up mat with a carry handle and the stickyness ensures a non slip surface and a mat without a mind of its own. I'm pleased with it on the whole but it needs to be thicker by at least 1mm as the wooden floors can be felt when I do sit ups.
