Product Description
Small pot for nasal cleansing using a saline wash to reduce sinus congestions and aid easy breathing. Suitable preparation for the practice of digital pranayama. Light-weight, crush-proof translucent plastic vessel. Jala Neti, or Saline Nasal Irrigation (SNI), is the traditional method of self-administered nasal cleansing. Originating in the yoga tradition, it has been used in many cultures for thousands of years and is known by satisfied users for its many physical and psychological benefits. A special Neti Pot is filled with warm, slightly salted water and the spout of the pot is inserted into one nostril. The position of the head and pot are adjusted to allow the water to flow out of the other nostril. Neti Pots have been mentioned in several articles including the most recent one in the Telegraph - Frank Skinners heaven and hell where he mentions always taking a Nethi Pot on holiday with him and the Oprah Winfrey Show where the Neti Pot was demonstrated on her show.

Customer Reviews
Natural way to clear nose
I always has blocked nose due to dust allergy, I used this pot with with warm saline water and it did help a lot, it is worth trying for people with blocked nostrils ...
Great device to keep your nasal passages clean
This is a great device to keep your nasal passages clean, provided that you use it on a regular basis.
I have been using it for last three years, first daily, then every two days and I find it extremely effective in fighting against hayfever, cold, snorring, etc.
The only thing the pot is really missing is a measure spoon for salt, since if you put too much or too little salt in the container, the experience might be quite unpleasant. I have recently started using a 1/4 teaspoon measure from my breadmaker and find it extremely effective.
Small dispenser of saline-based goodness
In terms of a product that shovels a load of salt water up your hooter, well, this one does it fine. With its incredibly phallic shaped spout, this Neti pot has cleared out years worth of woe from my nasal cavity and has enduced a sensational state of salty free breathing. Oh, the product is dirt cheap and arrived well quick. Just don't think it is a teapot for Hobbits and make a brew in it.
