Misleading Title
I got this DVD after purchasing Geoff's book by the same title. I am an avid fan of Geoff Thompson and believe that what he has to say is about as real as it gets in the world of today. The DVD contains valuable information, however the title is misleading. The DVD is based around a training class with his students and shows how they train, which is good to watch, but there was no reference to how to use "the sniper option" which is what the 3-second fighter series is all about - setting them up and then knocking them out with a pre-emptive strike. The DVD should be titled "Training with Geoff Thompsons Class" rather than the 3-second fighter, as that would be a more accurate description of what it contains.
Overall, a DVD with a lot to offer, but not what the title suggests it offers.
