Good, but...
The Problem I have with this DVD is not the content. Dont get me wrong, the information, while not being comprehensive, is good. The sections on punching, elbowing and slapping with huge power are fantastic. There are also a few interesting grappling drills and such like.
The problem with this package is the editing. Sections are missing bits, and this can make sections either hard to understand, or compleatly useless, for example the talk on self defence and the law, lasts about 1 min. and doesnt really get to the point.
Overall the DVD is good, but really I would recomend to get the Peter Consterdine Powerstrike (and Powerkick if you need) DVD, and Dead or alive by Geoff thompson. This will give you everything you need and more.
