Customer Reviews

Essential reading for design professionals5
Jeff Fisher has written a book that has something for designers at any stage of their career: either just starting out or old "designosaurs", as Fisher calls them.

The book is written in an engaging, conversational tone and, unlike many design manuals written by American authors, the advice it offers is universal rather than specific to the US. This is mainly because Fisher quotes many sources from around the world, and every designer he spoke to provides their own unique perspective. Fisher himself speaks from extensive experience, and he provides many real-world examples of shortcuts and pitfalls.
