The digging forks are also easier to manage when dealing with heavy compacted soil and help break down big lumps of solid earth. The solid forging process used to make this tool, gives the tool its strength. By manufacturing the whole tool head out of one piece of steel, there are no areas of weakness caused by welds, which exist on non-forged products. The ash shaft on this tool is also inserted right down into the head of the tool, giving it maximum strength.
