A fantasic book!
I've never written a book review before but this is such a good book I felt compelled to tell other people about it. I do a lot of cooking but I had never really tried to cook much Asian food, even though I love it, my apprehension was probably down to having to use unfamiliar ingredients and it never tastes as good as in a good restaurant. Well this is the book that changed that, every recipe I have tried has turned out fantastic; I must be saving a fortune on not eating out to get my weekly oriental food fix!
The recipes are divided into sections: soups, curry's, stir-fry, deep-frying. This book teaches you how to make authentic dishes completely from scratch in easy to follow instructions. What's more it has a section which explains what some of the weird and wonderful ingredients and vegetables used in the book are, great for a novice like me. And includes gems of information such as a brief history about some of the dishes featured and how to cook different types of rice. The presentation of the recipes is attractive, with beautiful pictures.

Essential Wok Cookbook
The only problem with a cookbook like this, is that you never need to buy another Asian or wok cookbook. This book is perfect, absolutely packed with page after page of recipes you will want to try. It is also a beautiful book, with lovely photos of almost every dish. Every recipe I have tried has been a huge success.

Excellent Book
This is a fantastic cookbook. The only problem is that I'm always spoiled for choice.
